How & When

Suitable as a source of quick energy for any sport.

Each bar has four pieces, and each piece contains 10 g of carbohydrates. Two pieces therefore equal one traditional energy gel, and the whole pack equals two gels.
During endurance exercise, eat two pieces every 20 minutes.
For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.
For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 40–60 g carbohydrates per hour – towards 40 g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 90 g for higher intensity sessions.

Pear Lime: sugar, starch syrup, pear juice (30%), lime juice (5%), water, gelling agent (pectin), electrolytes (sea salt, magnesium, potassium), acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), natural flavouring.

Lemon Iced Tea + Caffeine: sugar, starch syrup, water, tea extract (5%), lemon juice (4%), gelling agent (pectin), electrolytes (sea salt, magnesium, potassium), acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), natural flavouring.
