Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you order from our online store, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at hello@nosht.com within the 14-day period. Your message should include:

  • your order number

  • your name and contact details

  • the product(s) you wish to return


Returning the Products

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the products no later than fourteen (14) days from the date you sent your cancellation notice.

  • The products must be unused and handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as permitted by consumer protection law.

  • Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

  • Please pack the products carefully to prevent damage during return shipment. Original packaging is recommended but not mandatory.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend keeping the return shipment receipt until the return has been processed. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • If you cancel the entire order, we will refund:

    • the product price(s), and

    • the original delivery cost up to the amount of the cheapest delivery option offered by us

  • If you cancel part of an order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.


Non-returnable Items

Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons may not be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.


Processing Time

We process returns as quickly as possible. Please note that return shipments may take longer to reach us than outbound deliveries.
