Shipping policy
We ship worldwide. You can track and trace your product during shipping with the tracking code provided on your order confirmation. Shipping fees are always confirmed and added to your shopping cart before you make your payment. Refer to the table below for a summary of shipping costs and estimated delivery times, which vary by destination.

In the Nordics and Baltics, parcels are delivered to your nearest pickup location. In other countries, parcels are mainly delivered to the address you provide during check-out. Parcels are shipped via Posti or Matkahuolto, and on international shipments also DHL or GLS. Because we contract deliveries to third parties, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
The Shop is not responsible for any delays or other damages resulting from force majeure (such as strikes or disruptions in transport). If you do not pick up your parcel on time, the delivery agent will return it to us. An uncollected parcel is not considered an order cancellation, so you will remain responsible for shipping and handling costs.
