A bite of summer in the middle of November gloom. Sweet strawberry meets zesty lime – together they taste like sunshine you can carry in your pocket. Warning: may cause sudden smiles and an uncontrollable urge to book a holiday.

How & When

Suitable for all sports
Recommended intake: 2 chews every 20 minutes
For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.
For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 40g-60g carbohydrates per hour - towards 40g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 90g for higher intensity sessions.

High caffeine content (173 mg / 100 g). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Maximum of 4 packs per day.
