How & When
  • Suitable for all sports
  • Recommended intake: 2 chews every 20 minutes
  • For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.
  • For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 40g-60g carbohydrates per hour - towards 40g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 90g for higher intensity sessions.

Caramel Apple: Sugar,  syrup, Apple juice, caramel sauce, gelling agent (pectin, E440), electrolyte mix (sea salt, magnesium, potassium)  acidity regulator (citric acid, E330), natural flavour.

Mango Iced tea: Sugar,  syrup, mango juice, black tea extract, gelling agent (pectin, E440), electrolyte mix (sea salt, magnesium, potassium)  acidity regulator (citric acid, E330), caffeine, natural flavour, citrus fibre.

Energy Drink: Sugar,  syrup, gelling agent (pectin, E440), electrolyte mix (sea salt, magnesium, potassium), taurine, caffeine, acidity regulator (citric acid, E330), natural flavour. High caffeine content (173 mg / 100 g). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Maximum of 4 packs per day.

Peach: Sugar,  syrup, peach puree, gelling agent (pectin, E440), electrolyte mix (sea salt, magnesium, potassium)  acidity regulator (citric acid, E330), natural flavour

Nutritional value per 100 g: Energy 1450 kJ/340 kcal, fat 0g, carbohydrates 80g, of which sugar 60g, protein 0.1g, salt 1.3g.

Kuukauden maku kirpeä sitruuna, odotin jotain ihanan hapanta, mutta olikin todella makea. Omaan makuun pettymys vaikka muuten tykkään jolloksista ja ovat ahkerassa urheilukäytössä. Sopii normitreeniä avittaan ja vielä paremmin pitkäkestoisiin urheilusuorituksiin
