The classic minty fresh lozenge flavour with liquorice, menthol and eucalyptus - leaves the mouth with a fresh feeling!

How & When

Suitable for all sports
Recommended intake: 2 chews every 20 minutes
For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.
For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 40g-60g carbohydrates per hour - towards 40g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 90g for higher intensity sessions.

Finisherman's Friend: Sugar, syrup, liqourice paste, gelling agent (pectin, E440), electrolyte mix (sea salt, magnesium, potassium) acidity regulator (citric acid, E330), natural flavour.

Lime Pear: Sugar, syrup, Pera juice, lime juice, gelling agent (pectin, E440), electrolyte mix (sea salt, magnesium, potassium) acidity regulator (citric acid, E330), natural flavour.

Mango Iced tea: Sugar, syrup, mango juice, black tea extract, gelling agent (pectin, E440), electrolyte mix (sea salt, magnesium, potassium) acidity regulator (citric acid, E330), caffeine, natural flavour, citrus fibre.

Energy Drink: Sugar, syrup, gelling agent (pectin, E440), electrolyte mix (sea salt, magnesium, potassium), taurine, caffeine, acidity regulator (citric acid, E330), natural flavour. High caffeine content (173 mg / 100 g). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Maximum of 4 packs per day.
