#EatnoshtCooper on May 9th - Join our virtual event!

We are continuing our virtual community event series, and this time as an activity chose the classic Cooper test - #EatnoshtCooper will be run on May 9th!

The Cooper test is familiar to many of us from school. Whether you grew to love it or hate it, it's time to try it again and make it FUN!

The Cooper test is simple: just 12 minutes of running. As hard as you can. It's a perfect way to monitor your aerobic endurance - are you ready to run with us?

Confirmed participants include top Finnish trail runners and Nosht ambassadors: Henri Ansio, Juha Jumisko, Maija Oravamäki and Juuso Simpanen!

The #EatnoshtCooper starts at 11 AM (Finnish time) on Saturday, 9 May 2020. You can complete the test anywhere: on the trails, roads, treadmill - anywhere you like. Just remember to keep your distance!

How to participate:

You don’t need to sign up for the race. In order to take part in the official categories and Nosht product giveaways, post a picture on Instagram.

Remember to tag @eatnosht to your picture and use the hashtag #eatnoshtcooper.

After the race, we will go through the images and videos posted on Instagram and be in touch with the winners. We’ll also announce the winners on our channels.

More info on participating and categories will be posted later in our Facebook event!
