Each pack has 4 melt-in-the-mouth chews, each providing 10 grams of carbs. So two pieces equal one typical sports gel, a whole pack two gels.

How & When

Suitable for all sports
Recommended intake: 2 chews every 20 minutes
For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.
For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 40g-60g carbohydrates per hour - towards 40g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 90g for higher intensity sessions.

Our beloved energy chews just got upgraded! Jollos energy chews are basically the same deliciously soft melt-in-the-mouth chews as our ”Vauhtikarkki” chews are. Only the shape and packaging have changed. Plus we added a bit more re-balancing electrolytes to the mix.

The best thing to keep you going is a steady source of carbohydrate that won’t upset your stomach. And when we say energy, we mean fuel or calories - not just some stimulant that makes you burn out before your reach that goal.
