Nosht High Energy Sports Drink is tailored for endurance athletes. It provides all the energy, electrolytes and hydration you need during a race or a long day of training - all in a naturally tasty drink without upsetting your stomach.

How & When
  • One serving (27 g) contains 25 grams of carbs, 750 mg of sodium and 30 mg of magnesium (Cola 20 mg of caffeine)
  • One serving equals two tablespoons of powder.
  • High energy sports drink: 2-3 servings of powder, 500-750 ml of water.
  • Regular sports drink: 1-2 servings of powder, 500-750 ml of water.
  • Enjoy before, during or after exercise.
  • Adjust the amount of water according to your calorie intake and hydration needs:
  • If it’s hot and you want to drink more fluids, add more water.
  • If you take in energy from other sources, like chews or gels, you can make the drink milder and use it as a regular sports drink.

    Loistava energia pitkillä lenkeillä

    Korkeaenerginen tyrni-appelsiini ollut jo useamman vuoden käytössä kisoissa ultramatkoilla sekä pitkillä lenkeillä. Vatsa kestää hyvin, antaa hyvin energiaa ja maistuu hyvälle. Sopii myös kuumaan veteen tehtynä termospulloon pitkille hiihtolenkeille.

    Ei ole tätä parempaa urheilujuomaa löytynyt. Mustikka-puolukka sekä tyrni-appelsiini molemmat herkullisia, eikä kolakaan pahaa ole jos kofeiinia kaipaa. Eipä pitkille lenkeille paljoa muuta tarvitsekaan, kun juoda pitää kuitenkin.
