Fresh and protein-rich Nosht smoothies for hot summer days

Make yourself a fresh mango or raspberry-mango smoothie from Nosht Nut Protein.
Both flavours are gluten-free, 100% vegan and suitable for a low-FODMAP diet.

1 scoop of Nosht Nut Protein Natural
1 banana
2dl frozen mango (for raspberry flavour, 1 dl mango & 1 dl frozen raspberries)
5 leaves of baby spinach
2 dl orange juice
2 tbls lemon juice
1 tbls chia seeds
