How & When

Suitable as a source of quick energy for any sport.

Each Jollos Mini bar has two pieces, and each piece contains 10 g of carbohydrates. Two pieces therefore equal one traditional energy gel.
During endurance exercise, eat two pieces every 20 minutes.
For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.
For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 40–60 g carbohydrates per hour – towards 40 g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 90 g for higher intensity sessions.

Cola: sugar, starch syrup, orange juice concentrate, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulator (citric acid), sea salt, potassium (potassium chloride), magnesium (magnesium citrate), vegetable carbon, cinnamon, natural flavouring, vanilla.

Anton Lundell Sour Raspberry: sugar, starch syrup, water, raspberry juice (35%), pectin, citric acid, sea salt, potassium chloride, magnesium citrate, natural flavour.
