Nosht Sports Drink Mix makes a refreshing drink that gives you electrolytes and energy for training, competition, or hot weather. The fresh flavor ensures the drink tastes good throughout even a long performance. This sports drink powder is sure to taste for the whole family.
How & When
Instructions for use – two methods:
Sports drink: Mix ½ dl (40 g) of powder with 0.5 liters of water.
Hydration drink: Mix 2 tablespoons (20 g) with 0.5 liters of water.
Consume before and during sports activities, or in hot weather, to prevent dehydration.
When mixed with water, this powder creates a sports drink that supports endurance performance during prolonged exercise and enhances water absorption during physical activity. It does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Store in a cool, dry place. The powder readily absorbs moisture from the environment and may darken or harden; however, it remains safe to use. The prepared drink can be stored in the refrigerator for 2–3 days.
Nosht Sports Drink Mix is a rapidly absorbing, light-tasting hypotonic drink, formulated to give you high-speed hydration.
Nosht Sports Drink Mix delivers superior fluid absorption and optimal electrolytes without triggering stomach distress that other sports drinks cause. It is a natural electrolyte drink with a single purpose: to keep you optimally hydrated – period.
